So, today actually turned out to be an adventure.
I was supposed to go have lunch with my dad and my sister after they did their church thing, but they decided they were too hungry to wait for me and went without.
So, I watched a movie and ate a bag of popcorn and cleaned.
After the house was clean I was still sitting around so I finally got around to filling out my FAFSA for the next school year.
I also finished filling out all the paperwork to donate my body to the University of Tennessee's Body Farm in the Anthropology Department. All I need to do is have my doctor and my dad sign. I made my dad next of kin, he's not too excited, buuuut I know he understands.

Hours later, my sister shows up so I can go with her to help move some stuff into her storage since she's taking off for the Navy tomorrow morning. As we are leaving my apartment complex and turning onto the main street, we see a dog flopping around in the middle of the intersection and cars just going by him. We decided to be good people and I got out of the car and picked him up. His 2 back legs were broken, his head was bleeding and he was lying in his own urine. I felt bad holding him in my arms. Now the part that really irritates me: Absolutely no animal shelters are open on Sundays! The humane society wasn't even open, and if they were they wouldn't have taken an injured animal like that. We drove around everywhere trying to find a place for this animal. Honestly, I wanted to find a place for him because I wouldn't have been able to take care of him. And I refused to just drop him somewhere because not only is that terrible for an animal but I also would have had him on my conscious forever. Finally, we went to petco because a guy I used to date works there and I was looking for a last resort. I knew petco wouldn't take him, but they have an animal ER that they work with where they send their sick and injured animals to when they can't take care of them. We got a hold of that place, they took the dog and my conscious is now clear.
I've now done my good deed for the year and was able to enjoy my home made Vietnamese food.

After that I met my sisters god son for the first and probably only time in my life. He was cool. He said "ball" a lot. I said hi to some old friends and then helped my sister move her stuff into storage.

And oh yeah, I have a car again!
