so how was everyone's new year's eve?
mine was spot on just the way i like it. my boy and i went over to another couple's house.. (like we do every weekend pretty much)
made dinner.. hung out. played with the kids. (4 and 2) then they went to bed and we played Lord of the Rings Risk all night. ha. it was sooo much fun. i loved it. i was just happy because i was good, not evil. and one of my territories was The Shire.
the yellow and green pieces are the good forces. Eagles, riders and elves. (i've been playing green) The red and black are evil. Cave trolls, orks and ringwraith riders.
at midnight we popped some corks and had some bubbly.. or sparkling grape juice. (yup, we're a pretty wild crowd) and kept playing.. until about 4am. it was bubbly, popcorn and Risk. hehehehehe.
then their kids woke up at about 6:30 am
and it was impossible to sleep though that. so.. right now i'm just up from a nap.
