today was my hectic busy day..
breads class in the morning..
today i made a wheat nut sour and
an apple sourdough. that one is yummy with honey and sauteed apples and raisins.
then it was mullusks in my fish class..
oysters rockafeller... clams casino and also linguini (sp?) with muscles. all of that looked really good but i couldnt eat any of it.. i have a allergy to bi-valved mullusks. it isnt pretty.
unfortunatly when i went to take snaps of my finished yum yums i realized i had left my memory stick at home. so.. no pics of that. friday will be lobster day.. i promise there will be pictures.
