allllllrighty then.

it is 7:34 am on saturday.. too early to be up on saturday.. but i actually have to go to school today.

i'm in culinary school.. which.. is sometimes quite hard to explain to someone who has never experienced it. it is worlds different from other sorts of college.

i need to go in and practice my fish butchering skills. it is a quite delicate process you see.. starting with a whole large fish.. and ending with beautiful fillets.

on a different note. i saw Damien Rice tuesday at the Park West in chicago. i have to say.. it was probably one of the best shows i have ever seen.. and like most people in this community.. i go to a lot of shows. a band called Pedestrian opened.. they were also amazing.
