yay it is saturday..

the thing i love most about this time of year is the smell.. and the little bite of the cold.. because for now it is a small bite.. by january the chicago bite of cold will be quite substantial.

i love sleeping in on a saturday all tucked away nice and warm under big blankets.. with lots of warm snuggles

it is way to early.. not 6am

but.. i have to commute into the city to make my 8am breads class. we have a test and a practical exam on brioche and danish.

then i think we are doing something with salmon today in my fish class tonight.

wednesdays and fridays are my killer days.. but i will make it through.. i always do somehow.
