Well, the job's not bad but the ppl and the pay suck. It's a chinese, family owned business and from what I'm told it's very typical of what happens in chinese family run businesses, bickering, back-biting, poor investment in... well everything, from paying a good enough rate to keep decent employees around, to basic facility investment to ensure that there is enough space for everything that is produced, to investing in professional procedures to increase productivity, decrease costs(in both production and and the warehouse) and create a safer more pleasant working environment. It really is true that u get what u pay for, so when u pay ur ppl crap u get crap work and/or u end up with only crappy workers.

Anyway, now for good news, I went to FAN EXPO today!!!!!!!!!! It was SO fun, got to chat up some sci-fi quasi-celebs, get green-screen pics taken and take a lot of pics(mostly of really hot girls in scraps of costume They also had the dead alien from Green Lantern there(the prop I mean ). OMG! The quality work on it was AMAZING! I only had my phone cam on me but I got a few REALLY cool pics of that. I will post them tomorrow, or whenever I remember and have the time Till then, l8r...
