Well, after 2 weeks at new job I get a call to talk to the boss. He says that my numbers aren't as good as he was expecting from me and despite the process improvements I've brought to the table he can't justify paying a "premium"(because I'm a temp) to have me there if I don't keep up. The problem... I don't get payed that "premium". This job doesn't even cover my bills completely and is only worth it with the potential for FT down the road. I have to go in tomorrow and talk to him to calmly remove this delusion he is living in.
