Well that was a BS hurry up and wait. Building management refused to set up an appointment with pest control till our apartment was ready for them then tells us we have to wait a WEEK with our clothes in bags outside and our furniture moved around to give 360 access 
REALLY not impressed. Meanwhile the only way to stop from being bitten like mad at night for the entire week was to leave the bedroom windows open to let in the freezing(yes literally! as much as -20C) winter air to put the damn buggers into dormancy
Anyway, they are finally coming in tomorrow and we're going to have to evacuate the apartment for at least 4h. Then IF it works we may "only" have to deal with another 2-3 weeks, yay...
