I feel bad... I don't recommend reading the following if you eat Cheese, Jello, Lamb or Veal and don't know exactly where they come from. I've ruined food for enough people for one day.

The funny thing is we went to get lamb, not realizing how popular it was for easter...and our butcher laughed at us...lol....I thought everyone had ham or turkey.

oh veal is actually ok.. Lambs are raised for their meat specificly. where as Young bulls as they aren't needed on the farm, arn't raised but instead are killed, their meat is used as veal, their stomachs are used to make chedder and a few other cheeses, and their bones for broth and gelatin. So it's actually a very well rounded food. Don't like that they kill them in the first place, but it isn't going to stop..
Lamb you can stop buy only wanting adult mutton.
