My weekend was effen fantastic.
Got to see the dead sea scrolls which are of remarkable historical significance, though they hold no religious importance to me, they are still an awesome bit of history. And it was nfity, was a little odd having three people with me who really aren't part of the same social circle.. the idea of three people whose only connection to each other is me.. was kinda cool... I don't think I've ever been the tie together before. Just wish we had more time to explore the whole of the ROM
The Toronto FC match was also great, it may have been the best experience I've had with sports, and was an amazing introduction to the sport, the team, and the league to my friend Erin, whom is just awesome and seemed to enjoy her self.
Went to Shoeless Joes afterward to have some food. It was a great ol' time.
About the only way the weekend could have been better, if Erin had been a girlfriend, rather then a female friend. (I don't mean Erin her self, just you know a girl that would have resulted in cuddles and bunny imitations at the end of the day, during the day, and everything in between.)
The fact that my ex was one of the girls that I went to the ROM with didn't make that any easier.. though no less awesome, she's still a great girl
so over all excellent weekend... I so don't want to go to work today.... no that's not true... I just don't want to go to work in this town today...
