Last night was an incredible amount of fun! Luke and I came into contact with some fresh mushrooms (a first for me, I've always just gotten the dry stuff). The trip was amazing! Such wonderful body vibrations and nice visuals. The whole city was askew! I've been saying for so long how I want to trip in a city atmosphere, with all the lights, people, etc. So we dose, leave our apartment and start heading for the Morrison bridge to cross it to get into downtown (I was dead set on seeing the downtown christmas tree all lit up). Well by the time we get to the bridge we are already really feeling it, those mushrooms didn't take long at all to kick in. The bridge ended up being way too much for me to handle. I would say it became almost overwhelming, but I'll just go with very very stimulating. All those cars! Bright tall buildings! Was fun too look at, but I felt so off balance trying to get across this damn bridge. So Luke and I digressed and head back in the direction of our place. It was so much fun weaving in and out of random industrial streets, crossing train tracks, ducking under overpasses. This one is definitely going down as one of my favorite trips.
