The cheese stands alone. And everyone would sing and point and even the teacher would laugh and smile. How fucked up is that. I didn't want to stand alone, or be cheese necessarily. Though now, I wouldn't mind being a nice smoked gouda or a gorgonzola of some sort. Now, to me, cheese has this sort of distinguished loving mystery to it. My relationship with cheese, at this point in time is a loving one. When I was 5, cheese meant weird and icky and gooey. Why did the cheese have to stand alone? Couldn't it have a nice glass of wine and a cracker or two to go along with it?
