and hot girls, lol. there are actually like 20 Canadians i talk to that i really want to meet, so it works out. i am sure SF's will kick ass, but as a city, i fuckin hate it there. most of Cali for that matter (i lived there before, i am not just a blind west coast-hater).
i would think about making it out there one day if:
1) this site would (like every other site on earth) allow us to have out own time zone, (don't think it an accident, it is totally on purpose), and not just west coast time.
2) at least one Cali person makes it to an east coast event

Eventually it will become a FT position. It also entirely depends on the individual.. if they like their duties, the company , etc. The payrate depends on experience and it's a real estate and mortgage company.
