Well, I'm home from the hospital. That's where I've been in my absence. things got really heavy for a bit: 103.8 fever and the heart was doing 150 beats a minute.... and well, i didn't feel good. lots of pain. EVERYWHERE

but i'm on the road to recovery!

2 CAT Scans
a camera put into my stomach via my throat while i was AWAKE AND COULD FEEL IT
a horrific MRI
and more blood taken than you can imagine (barbie & molly can verify this), they saw my arms - and that was even before they were finished taking all the blood AND a 2nd IV was put into the other arm.

FINALLY, they found out: there was bacteria in my blood stream caused by a bladder infection. icky kaka.

so, i'm on drugs to fix it. and i am now aware that my insides are funtioning like normal. which is cool, because my insides are NOT normal.

when i was a kid i had a cyst between my liver & my gallbladder. it couldn't be removed or i would have bled to death, so they made it into a functioning part of my body. it was turned into some sort of bile duct (i'm not really clear on the specifics - i was only 16 months old when this took place).

so, because i'm so "special" i need to go have it checked out w/ a specialist at the university. eventually. they think the opening is kinda small and want to make sure it won't get blocked or clogged. i thought "of course it is small, I was only 16 months old when they made it!" anyway - i still have that to look forward to. fun fun fun.

and to top it all off, i still feel REALLY bad.
