Step-mom is gone.
We took her off the machines Saturday afternoon and 35 minutes later she was gone. That was the worst and longest 35 minutes of my life. I go to the funeral home with Daddy today. He's holding up a lot better than I expected but he's still pretty numb, keeps saying "I can't believe she's not coming back". I'm hoping to sleep at home tonight instead of at his house. I need quality time w/ my hubby and our furry kids. Speaking of the furry kids, they are ALL piled around me right now (2 dogs, 2 lemurs and the bunny), guess they know when mommy needs them.

So my plan is to distract myself with SG for a while (until laundry is done) then take a nap then head out. But we'll see how that turns out.

I haven't gotten to anybody's blogs lately so if there's good or important stuff hapening in your life please fill me in.
