Been a pretty busy week for me.
Work Sunday till 2pm and we were busy cause it was tax free weekend and I work retail. So it kinda sucked. But I worked my ass off and got all my entertainment stuff done that I needed to get done. Monday was work too and after I had to take hubbys little brother to school to register for his senior year(this makes me feel old) and I had to take his sister to college to get her books and everything. And then had to take hubby to doctor. He has pink eye and he burned himself really bad at work that day too on both wrist.I got off work at 12pm that day and when he got off at three we started all this. I didnt get home till about 8pm.
Sunday night me and the hubby had a long talk about a lot of things. I opened up to him and told him all the things that I have been holding in. I cried for hours. I honestly felt better after all of it though cause I got everything off my chest and told him how I felt. But all that crying gave me a headache and that talk lasted until almost 1am when I had to be up for work on Monday at 5am. Needless to say I was extremely tired that day at work.
I felt like a zombie. I literally felt like the walking dead. But since that talk everything in this house has been better not only with me and the hubby but also with the kids. I guess me gettting everything out calmed me and took away all my stress. well not all but lots of it I should say!
I think I am starting to get pink eye. I have never had pink eye in my life *knocks on wood* so I am gonna be mad if hubby gave me it. Cause he intentionally touched his eye and then touched me the 1st day he thought he had it. Mine isnt red or pink at all. So I am not sure if I have it or not. I am not gonna go to the doctor tilll I am sure. I dont want to look like an idiot.lol!
I am currently reading two books the first which I am almost done with is this one
1st book in the Sookie Stackhouse novels. I love True Blood so I had to read the books. I have loved the book so far. It is different that the show but there is also similarities. I really like the books cuase they give me a new perspective to the show to some extent to
I just started to read this
It is Targets bookclub pick this time around. I have never bought one of the bookclub picks but I picked it up and started to read it the other day after I got done putting out new releases and I was hoooked. It has been really good so far. It is one of those books I dont want to put down when I pick it up.Kinda girly but I like that kind of thing.
I also bought these the other day
I wanted to watch the show when it came on and didnt get a chance to so i traded stuff in the other day at a shop we have here and got these. The way I look at it is if I dont like them I can trade them in for something different.
Well I am off to update my Ipod and hang with the hubby. I hope everyone has a good rest of the week.
