Went out to dinner last night with my parents. Went to a place in town called Alfies. They were having all u can eat prime rib and it was yummy. It was snowing on the way there and the whole time we were in the restaraunt. By time I left my parents the roads were bad. I slid on the highway and almost hit a 18 wheeler truck and then when I got to the street I lived on there were 2 cars in the ditch that slid off the road and then at the top of the first hill there was a ladies van sitting sideways in the road cause she tried to turn on the side street and slid and then got stuck and I couldnt get through so I sat and wait and then after that hill there was another car in the ditch, It was crazy. Then a truck came along and thought he was a bad ass and tried to turn on side street where lady mention before had got stuck and he got stuck and started to slide and almost hit her van. The girls boyfriend showed up finally and started to help both of them move. It was over a half hour I sat on that hill. I did at one point call the police station and tell them they needed to get a snow plow on the street, by the time it was all said and done with there were 8 cars stuck on my street. I was so happy to finally get home. a snow plow never came. One came up and down the street over but we never saw it over there. Until I finally got home and then one came up and down the street twice. Needless to say I stayed home after that. It looks like the streets are ok now. me and hubby may go to a movie sometime today to see this.




We havent decided if we are going yet or not. we will see

Vacation from work has been nice so far. It is so great to not have to worry about getting up for work the next morning.

I have cleaned my house up everyday and we bought a carpet cleaner the other day and I have slowly been cleaning the carpets in my house, I have carpet in my room,the kitchen,the bathroom, the entrance to the house and one other bedroom and a area rug in my living room so it has been a nice investment and my carpets look so much better. If you didnt already know I am a total neat freak. It drives my hubby nuts sometimes! LOL!

Well I am off to watch some tv and play with my kitty Mrs Squeakers she is in here bothering me cause she wants attention.
