So all in all it has been a good 4 days off. Today being the last day...But they have flown by to fast. But it is all good cause I work 4 and then off for six which I am not happy about cause I need the money right now...but there really isnt anything I can do about it cause I requested 3 of them off cause My sister in law is graduating and I am throwing her a party and stuff. But I usually work every Monday and Tuesday and they have me off cause they are training someone to be my backup(definition- lets say there is a day i cant work he then would come in and do my job for me) So I dont work those days so they can get him trained. cause those are my busiest days in my job. I work in the Entertainment department(IE movies, music and books.) so Monday is getting planograms set to be ready for new releases on Tuesday. I am not gonna dwell on it. I think I will use the time to get some shit organized here and then look for another job cause everyone knows I am not happy there right now.

So here is how my days off have went

Wednesday

went to Grafton a small town about 5-10 miles from where I live on the river and it is all peaceful and quiet there and had fish with my hubby and dad at this little fish stand. Took Dad home and me and the Hubby went to my brothers and rode 4 wheelers. It was my hubbys first time riding one it was kinda funny but he was being a bit brave.here are a few pics




Then we came home and made dinner and watched the finally of american idol. and in all honesty it was bull shit that this guy didnt win

sorry had to post a pic. I know he is gay but he is so cute....But it was a travisty that he didnt win. I was quite upset .

Thursday

Me and the hubby went and saw this



In all honesty I liked it.I was kinda weary about seeing it cause I Havent see the other terminator movies in so long so I thought I would be lost but I wasnt and not only that I always fear when they drag a series of movies out so long they eventually get stupid. But I liked it. Anyone else seen it?

Then my friend Charles from work came over and we hung out and had dinner. the hubby made awesome homemade pizza. Me and Charles decided to go out for drinks cause Tuesday was his birthday so I wanted to do something for him and who refuses alcohol? we first went to Bosanovas it is a restraunt/martini bar and they are known for their martinis and i had never been and I wanted to see what they hype was all about. I said we would go out for a drink or two...we will get to how many I had later but here are two of the martinis

Here is what we did to them

ALL GONE!!!! we ended up having three martinis each. and if you know anything about martinis they have 4 shots worth of alcohol in them a piece. I didnt know this till after 2 and a half. And we met some cool people there and they boat over to Alton(where I live) every weekend and bar hop and just check out little local stuff. They asked us to join them at another bar to have a drink with them. So we went to Bubby and Sissys. A local gay bar that is known for drag shows on the weekends. I had a fuzzy navel(yummy) and 2 Southern hospitality bomb shots(my fav). so one or two drinks turned into 6. I was feeling pretty good after that and we walked back to the car and went back to my house. All in all it was a great night and the martinis were amazing. But expensive.

Friday

Took hubby to work and then went to target to pick up a few things. I bought this

I love this show if you have never watched it you should give it a try. Then when I got home the sister in law had the house clean and my candles all lit and it was nice. I told her we would get it cleaned when I got home and just wanted her to help me but she did it all. I have never come home to a clean house that I didnt have to clean. So I dusted my room and did a little laundry and took a shower and went and hung out with my brother. then me and my other sister in law(brothers wife) went shopping and got pedicures.I love pedicures. Here is my feet



They are pink. it was so nice to sit and relax and have a massage and get my feet done I dont do it often but I had been wanting to do it. Then we went back to her house and just hung out till I had to pick the hubby up from work,

That brings us to today.

Saturday

I mowed my grass this morning cause it is supposed to rain and i wanted it done before it did. I am going shopping with both my sister in laws and we are going to get these

Old navy is having a dollar flip flops all days today who can pass that up. Not me. I love me some flip flops.LOL. other then that I dont know what else I will do. but it has been a pretty good mini vacation
