Next week, I quit my job.

A little more than three weeks after that, I leave San Diego for good.

I waited so long for this to happen, and now it's all happening so fast.

Make no mistake, life has been busy and good. I'm working less and going out more. I'm still at heart a recluse, but I'm making the effort.

I'm reading like woah. What should I add to my google reader?

Book an extended stay hotel that will accept pets [ ]
Map a route and mark good stopping points [ ]
Cube business
- Measure all of my furniture to make sure it's going to fit in the cube [ ]
- Buy padlock for cube [ ]
Get boxes from PP [ ]
Call landlord and schedule an inspection time [ ]
Pack up important stuff that has to go in the car (eg, Waterford crystal, letters, bird supplies, guitar) [ ]
Obtain bubble wrap []
Bubble wrap the shit out of things []
Get TB test checked [ ]
Get an oil change and check the cooling system in Zippy (thanks for the reminder, Stiles!) [ ]
