Okay, so I fell off of the wagon, just a bit. I've only gained a few pounds back, I'm at 179 again, but that's four more pounds that I have to lose again. So I'm back on, with a vengeance. I lost track of everything I was eating and doing, because I was so busy socializing. It's so hard to keep on track when everyone is drinking beer and eating pizza. It's just so fun.

I know how it goes. Keeping a journal can help and just let your friends know of your fitness goals and ask them to try and understand.
