Steven is home!!!! Well, okay not quite home. He flew in this morning, two days earlier than he was scheduled to (for mid-tour leave). The shitty part is he is in Iowa, where I was supposed to me him, in two days. And of course, its going to cost $500+ to change the flights so I could be there. So I get to miss out of two days of the 18 he'll be here before going right back to Iraq. Bummer. But still good news that he made it home in one piece. I'm told being in multiple pieces if often bad for soldier morale.
