I had to go get checked out for it. It was weird at first telling the psychiatrist what was up. I thought she wouldn't believe me. I still dont think she does. I only went to a handful of sessions. It did help me realize what might be causing it and how to deal with it. For know I think I can handle it on my own. I have a new outlook on life and things that go on around me and im pretty happy for now. I hope that things work out with you. If u got any questions feel free to ask. I don't know to much but ill do what i can.
