So how have I been? A little bit down, after I've phoned my european agent and heard there's not much work after the economic break-down. Well, no need to sit and brood over it, I'll just simply create my own work! I'm kinda tired of the added stress to wait for other people to get me work. So .... we're going to have great concerts! YEAH!
The run of Butterfly is almost over, its been REALLY great, I must say, I've not done a production this professional in years (in South Africa that is)... I still can't tell you how good the soprano is.... she is just amazing! We've got 2 performances left, tomorrow and friday. My love Visara will join me in Cape Town on Thursday, so she'll see the last performance. It's always been sort of a tradition with us that she's backstage, so I'm very exited about that!
Visiting the in-laws on Saturday, so.... ugh.... well, not much you can do about that hey....??
So on to nicer things go give some love to Xiu and Cori 's sets, those two are some of the best sets I've seen in ages!
So loves to all and see you on the flipside!

and to maybe make you feel a little better, you managed to do something! you changed my view point of opera, from someone who never liked it, to someone who actually does like it now!! To someone who is sad that I wont be able to see Butterfly
