So. I'm getting really fucking irritated with my coworkers.
Yesterday, Nichole called out. Now, I'd be fine with Nichole since I don't really work with her in the mornings, if she would fucking come in to work every once in a while and not let us deal with everything. Before this event, she had called out at least twice previously, this is all within the 6-month policy where you can't have more than 3 call-outs or you get coached. The call out she did before this one was due to a "bad dream". I fucking shit you not, the woman had a bad dream so she had to stay home. WTF!
Today, Christa, another coworker who calls out constantly for bullshit reasons, left early today. She left early because she had to take her mom to a doctors appointment. Her mom is not handicapped, her mom is not sick, etc etc. Fine, take her to the doctors. I don't care. But what I do care about is that fact that she can't just take one day off to run her fucking errands and then maybe make up a day on the weekend? Schedule this shit way ahead of time? I know this wasn't a spur of the moment doctor's visit.
I get really upset with them because I work nights. I bust my ass every day as it is, I definately don't need additional work put on my shoulders because it couldn't get done in the morning when the shit should have been done. Tomorrow, I'm leaving early. I don't give a shit if they are caught up or not. I'm rolling out. Christa can leave early, Nichole can call out, I'm fucking rolling an hour earlier than scheduled. I'm tired of this constant being put upon by everyone else. I break a sweat every day just to make the place look somewhat clean and somewhat presentable every morning, and it really pisses me off that everyone else can get away scot-free. I mean, I call out, sure. But, I get berated for it! At least I did by my other boss. I'm sorry, I had pharyngitis. I'm sorry that I ACTUALLY HAD A FUCKING SICKNESS! Forgive me, please.
Please, someone come forward with a job offer in which I do not have to deal with customers, I do not have to deal with anyone else but myself, and that pays more than the current employer. If you do, I will probably sleep with you, and I swear, I won't tell a soul.
