I LOST TWO WHOLE POUNDS!
I am so happy. This exercise shit actually does work. Now my only concern is that I'll lose my boobs.
Which would break so many hearts on this website... especially Bobby.
For his sake, I hope it's not coming from them. Most likely it's coming from my thighs. I have more than enough weight there to lose. Plus, I get on the ellipticals for 30 minutes at a clip, and thats about 250 calories I'm burning there. So... I hope it's from my thighs. That'd be awesome.
And my arms of course. Though I've mainly only been doing weight training with them. They say muscle burns more fat than simple cardio. We'll see.
