Fourth day.
Worked out again for another 45 minutes, minus the weight this time because I need to give my muscles some time to repair, and seeing how they were still sore, I figured that was a good idea.
Went to the doctors this morning. Talked to her about weight loss, etc. She was very happy when I told her about it and she said that she hopes its a lifestyle change that I make and not just a diet. I think it will be. I'll just have to learn to cook fish properly. I love fish anyways, so... I don't see a big deal in that.
Feeling good. More energy. I like it. And I feel accomplished. Which makes me feel even more awesome!
My half-brother (my mother's first child) is in the hospital. He lives with his current gf, whom the entire family adores, and she has a dog. The dog scratched his eye. He went to the doctors and learned he had a scratched cornea, but that everything should be ok. They took his blood pressure while he was there as standard procedure and discovered that it was through the roof and orbiting the moon. He is staying there overnight. They ran an EKG only to find it was erratic. Tomorrow, he will be doing stress tests. I hope everything turns out alright, but my brother is a bull/moose of a man, so I'm not really worried about him.
