I worked in retail for a long time. It really gets to you after a while. The pay is also not as good as you would get for similar positions in other industries.

If you have secretary type skills my company needs a couple. Also needs drafters if you can autocad.

Retail gives you a lot of good gereral skills that are applicable to many diffrent positions.

See the problem is, I have some skills, but no experience. I am a pretty good typist etc. but I have no office experience. I have been contemplating going to a temp agency to help me find an entry level position as a secretary. I was always really good with all of that stuff in school, but it totally bites you in the ass if you have only ever worked retail
