Christmas 2009 was about my heaviest. I was up to around 215 lbs. In 2004, I was probably about 135-140 lbs and made of muscle. I have no idea what I weigh now as I haven't stepped on a scale in about 10 months. However, I have to say I'm not too upset with what's been happening with my weight. No working out. No eating super healthy. Wanna know my secret? I don't eat more than I need to to be full. I stopped drinking almost all together. I don't stay in bed or play WoW or watch television all damn day anymore. Also, I removed myself from my marriage and I started dating dubstepkid back in October. That's when the weight pretty much started melting off. Being with someone I wanted to look good for, someone I was sexually attracted to, someone who kept me on my toes, was/is amazing. Just being out of bed and not being so depressed I have to drink myself to sleep every night is proving to be excellent! Let's hope this keeps up for a while...I still got a ways to go.
