This is probably really terrible, but I am skipping my ridiculous Catholic studies seminar class to go to my job training, which is through the school. So, yes they would understand that I have class, but I would just really love not to go discuss the Roman empire and shift in religions.
This is especially because about 80% of my last class was chock full of idiots thinking that global warming was not going to be a problem in our generation. We are sitting there talking plastic bags and bottles, and how they are made with oil and these ridiculous girls are responding with things like 'well, when I go to Starbucks... I get paper cups, but how am I going to drink water without plastic bottles?" Ummm... are you KIDDING?! First of all, paper cups are pretty much just as bad, espeically because I highly doubt those girls recycle the cups after they are through. Secondly, there is nothing wrong with drinking tap water, especially because there are some countries where people can not even drink sanitary water at all. In these third world countries, where the native people can't afford the water, companies are in there extracting water, bottling and selling it to us idiot Americans. I do not understand, why people are so ignorant. Let's get serious.
