Thanks for all the birthday wishes you guys!

It's been a pretty crappy birthday so far, I've been sick and I was at the clinic for two and half hours today, waiting to get in. When I finally got in, they told me its a viral infection and theres nothing they can do about it. Fuckers.

Anyways, I was still in an OK mood because I was going to get my septum pierced! I got there, and the guy, Ed, pierced it once, but the retainer wouldnt go through. So he had to do it again, at which point I burst into tears. When the retainer finally went through, Whitney had her tattoo touched up by George. I realized at this point that the HUGE retainer they put through my nose wasnt going to tuck back in there, and expressed my concern to George, who despite not being a pericer, yanked the retainer out of my nose and tried to put a loop through. It got stuck, so he yelled for Ed, and Ed had to force it through. George went to cut the retainer down, and Ed had to it back through yet AGAIN. I was so lightheaded by the time I left I thought I was going to pass out.

So now I'm home, and I realized that the retainer STILL wont tuck in my nose, and I have to work tommrow. So bye-bye $65. Ed said he'd re-do my nose, but I can't stand to have it touched anymore, I'm surprised I survived the first time.

I'm sticking to tattoos from here on in.

Blah.

Oh well, I bought lots and lots of booze and my friends are comming over tonight so I plan to drown my sick, sore nosed misery out with lots and lots of vodka.
