I just found out one of my closet managers from Friendlys where I used to work passed away today at 4pm. She was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in May of last year. She had chemo and radiation and thought it was almost over when they found a tumor on her spine in February where she had more treatment. She was moved into a rehab from the hospital last Tuesday because her insurance wouldn't pay for it anymore. She then developed pneumonia which brought her back the hospital and then today she passed away. It was all so quick. What hurts the most was that I never got to say goodbye. Once she stopped working it was hard to stay in touch with her. Anyways, I wish could have seen her one more time before she passed away.
