I think I'm going to join the food addicts anonymous group here. My eating habits are ridiculous. Its not so much that I eat bad food, it's that I am definitely a volume/boredom/emotional eater and I have got to reign this monster in! This past Sept, we had The Biggest Loser where I work, some of the ladies lost upwards of 40lbs....I lost 4...Doesn't really seem fair because during the competition I was doing the exact same things as them, eating to the same foods, doing the same workouts...so now I can hardly bring myself to look at my gym clothes and Id much rather just eat....Could somebody send Jillian Micheals my way?

not to make light of your post but you already know my feelings on the subject. and don't forget that other little factor that may be contributing to it right now...
