The red lipstick looks good. I'm going through a bit of a rough time myself, I still get flare-ups which are always brought on by lots of stress, don't know if you find that? There's a new probiotic called VSL#3 you can get on the NHS that may help you as a preventative for the future rather than a cure. It's something like 3000 times stronger than Yakult 
Didn't work for me but I might just have been unlucky. I'm convinced that mine would be better controlled if I sorted out my lifestyle a little.
