I just burned 20 christmas CD compilations for my friends and family and now my ibook smells a bit...burny. and its really hot. eep.
Ive done half my christmas shopping- i did most of it online without leaving my bed when i was sick and bedridden...having a laptop and wireless broadband is potentially very dangerous...who needs to go OUTSIDE when you can sit in bed with a cup of tea and Amazon? GEEK.
ive bought my boyfriend Band of Brothers on DVD and a really cool 1930s canvas messenger bag FROM THE WAR. its pretty cool. he likes war. i like peace. i guess opposites attract.
i also finally spoiled myself and bought one of those Moleskine diaries- it is SO beautiful I almost cant wait until the new year when i can start writing in it with my dreadful spidery handwriting.
Today my brothers' lovely Polish girlfriend finally moved into our flat so its 50/50 girls and boys now. Its very cosy here now, im looking forward to our first Christmas all together.
Earlier I also started decorating the living room for Christmas- its all black glittery flowers and giant black bows with ribbons, with little white lights everywhere and Poinsettia.
When we get a tree its gonna look even better. I ♥ christmas. i really do.

Last week we went to see These Arms Are Snakes in London, and they were amazing- and weirdly enough it felt like the entire post-rock scene of Surrey came too. incestuous. I also bumped into the lovely Jezabel. Was nice to see her again.
Right now, I think Im gonna go watch some shit saturday night tv in bed, finish designing my christmas cards for printing on monday and then possibly fall asleep with my headphones on. Tomorow, if its not raining, we're gonna go for a walk in Richmond park.
OH and i joined a gym.
I have an induction on tuesday, which i am CONVINCED will involve having slender fit people poke my fat bits with sticks and make me look at myself under flourescent lighting until I cry.

Oh and for those who are concerned, health-wise im doing better now so im a little more positive.
The short term drugs are working, with the usual evil side effects, but long term...well im not really sure about that yet. will see what happens.

Ive been thinking alot about sg lately and my health has forced me into this decision.
My condition has been really acting up lately, which has meant ive been having all kinds of drugs, and hence, side effects thrown at me- many of them are physical. Hence I just dont feel that sexy anymore.
Im happy with the sets ive done, and I still love talking with the other girls and looking at sets, and I still like hanging out in some of the communities here.
