I don't understand jealousy.

Isn't it simply a lack of trust?
baby_square:
sometimes i can get jealous even when i trust someone 100%. i haven't quite figured out that emotion yet.

i'm hatin' on texas at the moment because the DPS just sent me a letter telling me to cough up a grand in 30 days or they're going to jack my drivers license. fuckers.

I spent a week in America, and am now more ready than ever to leave this horrible country. Japan is nice to visit and all, but when it's obvious that I need some help and all the Japanese do is laugh and point at the gaijin, it gets to one's nerves right quick.

On a more sinister note, part of my mini vacation was spent...

Sometimes, I'm afraid to post a comment on a topic because I fear that the surrounding peoples' idiocy will rub off on me through some sort of magical techno-tactile osmosis process.

A student made my day, today.

The topic of the day was "What I want to do when I grow up," and a fellow by the name of [Tetsuou] had this to say when called upon:

"When I grow up, I want to be a teacher because I want to pour my love over all children."

I 'bout died trying to keep from laughing out...

My school screwed up and I don't get my well deserved monies until the 27th. This sucks because all my bills are set to automatic withdrawal. This is going to be fun to sort out.

How does one say "It's not my fault; call the school!" in Japanese? Le sigh.

Well you know you can never have enough "you go girls", never. If you have the ray gun, why havent you used it yet?! I be blasting left, right and centure. Ducks, cars, people and giant robots would all feel my rath. Well anyways I never got to talk to someone in Japan before, being a huge japanololic, what is it like? Is it as crazy and awesome just like in my dreams and weird 60 japanese sci-fi movies I see all the time? Although I dont think I am the first person to ask you this, since Japan is the common nerd's dream. So spit it out and tell me what I want to know because other wise I'll get angry, and you wouldnt like me when I am angry! .....ARFSADFSDADFGGGGGRRRRRRR ME SMASH, ME CRUSH!!! DESTROY EVERYTHING ARRRRRRRRRRR!!!! BEBOP COLA.....GOOD.

Hey but most the kids over here dont think for themselve aswell so that doesnt really consern me to much. The difference over here might be that we trick are kids it to thinking that they do know what they are do, and they are do what they what or being open minded. I think that kids are over all just stupid, and after reading Nietzche that relization is a talent that few devleope it over time. Like how much big entertainer are, and how much they get paid. Yet people like farmers who are really needed, are paid next to nothing and get no respect. I think people naturaly will do anything posiblie to not have to think at all. Oh look at me ramble on. Anyway I see you play magic, so if you have MTGplay, we can play on line. I have had it for awhile but my friends and I are hooked up to a routers so no one can host. Meaning that I never got to use it are play anyone. So if you have it and are not behide a router we can play magic, that is if you want.

P.S. umm.. forgive me with my spelling and grammer. I know that they are horrorible and you happen to be an english teacher, so I asumme that it might be greating on the nerves. So I appologise in advance.

I can understand not knowing.
I can comprehend trying and failing.
But those who don't even TRY are a mystery to me.

And it pisses me off when I have a class full of them.

I found the following review for "The Cat In The Hat." I know it's long, but it's worth reading. Goodness me, whatever are we exposing our youth to?

"The Cat in the Hat" is a hard-hitting novel of prose and poetry in which the author re-examines the dynamic rhyming schemes and bold imagery of some of his earlier works, most notably "Green Eggs and Ham",...

Where the heck did my weekend go?!

Let's see...Ogre Tactics, rock climbing, that nettlesome little thing called "sleep," a few movies...carry the two...divide by the Oreos...ack! It's true! All gone!

Ya'll need to watch a radtacular movie by the name of "Musa." It is a joint venture between the Korean and Chinese megastudios, and its production budget made The Titanic look like a student film....

Is Musa out on DVD?
katastrofei:

And might I add: Korean cinema is the boss of ya'll, and don't you forget it.

Ack. I just spent half an hour looking through a single thread. It is, I posit, the mostest bestest thread ever, and you can quote me on that! You'll probably want to include the little [sic] notation after "mostest bestest," however.

Go there.

In other news...wait, there is no other news. I go to school, I beat English into the pretty little heads of Japanese...
