Many people ask me about my tats and the meanings behind them. All of my tats have some significance to my life.
We will start with my back... Im a strong believer in family and I know my family will always have my back. So I put them all there. My tree is my family tree. In the ribbon are the initials of my grandma's, my grandfather, my mom, and my 2 dads. The fairy represents me with all of them. Each butterfly is one of my 6 nieces and nephews. Lol I think the forever about money pretty much explains itself. On my side it says "convinced"... bc I'm not conceited, I'm convinced.
Onto my arm...... The chinese symbols mean freedom and it says "it is the beautiful bird which gets caged".I got it 2 months before I broke up with my last boyfriend as a promise to myself that I wouldn't put up with anymore bullshit. The angel and devil in the mirror is your classic good vs evil, the way I see myself and the way others see me. The "heaven sent... hell proof..." goes with it. The maze on the inside of my arm is my symbol for life. I've hit so many dead ends and had to turn back, had to retrace my steps to find a new path.
