College, the most annoying inconvience. why is it that you end up spending a fortune on school when so many people cant afford it, and then everyone wonders why so many young adults dont have jobs and resort to drugs, alcoihol etc, and then the people who do end up going to college take it for granted. a friend i had in highschool might end up going to jail bc of her DWIs (THREE!) now as someone who doesnt drink often i feel i have to say WHY???? she had money, a job, a rich set of parents, and was going to the university. how could one person have so much and just throw it all away. sometimes i wonder if the world has a surviving chance, it used to be sexy if a woman didnt goto school; and now that we have those rights the majority of our generation throws that chance out the window. our ancestors fought so hard for the right to be educated and i think its time that we show our elders some respect and utilize the tools that so many women wish they had when they were my age. so for gods sake open a book!
