WOW people just never get it. But Ne-ways. I'm hoping to go back to work soon and if not it looks like I have to work out a lttle more and try and get stronger. Bills are a bitch right now. But we are making do and thanks for all the help to the wonder friends we have. I'm going to the gym as often as possible and try and lose the weight I gained while not being able to move much. I'm also hoping I can get some sets going. It is going to take awhile before I can get another set up though. Thanks for everyone who gave me advice and suggestions. Hopefully you will see what you suggested in my sets. Well I love you all and thanks for the support. It was well needed.

I dont think I have ever read the words gym and w.o.w in the same sentence..lol BTW I was just in your town last weekend on the way back from yosemite. We were gonna eat at the dinner on the corner next to oakdale mma. Lots of diesel trucks.. lol

ya that place is way good. it is a lil mom and pop shop kinda thing. i love it there.
