I don't imagine the drawing can do any hurt, it is not you posting one of her pic, plus she is not nude on it or anything... I think you can leave it here, and it is so beautiful it would be sad to remove it. But I am not in her head and maybe she would have another point of view... The better thing would be to ask her but if she is gone it is gonna be complicated.
