Today has been one of those crazy days. I started the day out okay, but then while i was at my friends house I suddenly realized how much work I had to do so I left to come home and do some. Then all of a sudden while I was studying I started to panic. And then the caffine kicked in and it made it so much worse. It was like the flood gates opened. I sat in my apartment freaking out for awhile, and then I realized that if I went and worked out it would help. So I did, and about 20 minutes into it I started to feel amazing. I came home, took a shower and now I feel soooooo much better. Its amazing how one thing can change everything so much. Everything feels so much more managable now.
