I totally love spain!
Yesterday my mother in law decided to cook a "Fideua"... it's like a "Paella" but in change of rice it have noodles.
It has shrimps, chicken, bunny, mussels and vegetables.
I love it a lot... even I ate 10 mussels... my favorite ones!
I want to make this food one day... its not easy and need a lot of time, care and practice... but I will do it one day... Just to learn how to cook spanish food
