One more awesome thing about rainy days: SPLASHING IN MUD PUDDLES!!! I just got to play in some that were up to my freakin' knees!!! I'm freezing and muddy and soaked to the bone and I'll probably be sick for 100 days after this, but it rocked!!
Rainy days are like a freakin' holiday to me...SO MUCH FUN!!! yay!!

UPDATE: Now it's actually raining again...Even harder than it was last night...And it's thundering like mad, w/really real lightning and everything!!! IT'S AMAZING!!! I'm so happy right now!!!

Last night as I was snuggling down for bed, the sky began to rumble w/the beautiful, melodic (and oddly comforting) sounds of thunder...I absolutely adore thunderstorms...Every time I am lucky enough to experience one I feel blessed, and I try to appreciate every single second.
This morning the air still smells like rain...I love that...Somehow, breathing in that all-too-rare (in LA, at least) aroma invigorates me, and awakens all of my senses...I feel instantly more "alive", and more aware of all the beauty I am surrounded by on mornings like this...It's amazing what a little rain can do for a gal, eh?
I hope everybody had an amazing weekend, and that you have an even more amazing "Weezer Week". (hehe)
