have to be out of my apt by 6/18 or the rent goes up almost 200 a month to stay month to month.
trying to find a place to live with 2 dogs and 2 cats for 650 a month? not fun.
would also be nice if it's close to or in between work and school.
sure wish I could afford to live in the house I own :/

No pressure, right? I'm thinking of buying a house because right now it would be cheaper than renting.

Funny how that works. I even thought about buying a duplex and renting out the second half. I'd rather just have a regular house though. Oooh, with a pool. A house with a pool. Yes.
