Any variety of stir fry really, easy to make and well tasty, but I'll always have room for a filthy cheeseburger and pizza 😉

I'm honestly struggling lately. I hate everything about myself.. :( I constantly think I'm not good enough for anything and literally everyone and everything just has bad judgements of me.. ugh.
Anyone else in the same boat? Any tips on how to feel just a little more upbeat and positive? Literally ALL advice welcome :(

I'm not an expert by any means, but your body produces melatonin when it's dark to help you sleep. It helps the circadian rhythm. So if you have trouble sleeping, melatonin can help depending on whats affecting your sleep. A quick Google tells me you need a prescription for it in the UK. It's available over the counter here, but I guess you have stricter laws in the UK.

I've never watched True Blood, but my favourite series right now is Preacher. Lot of blood and hilarious scenes. Luther is another favourite. Idris is a gem!
