Talked with the rose. I have to remember that her staying in school is a good thing. After all, no one wants "You made me quit school and now i work at wal-mart" thrown back at them a couple of years down the line.
I am starting to feel really ordinary lately. Not to say that ordinary is a bad thing, necessarily. We can't all be rock stars. But the fact that i feel that way speaks to me of a deep seeded need for change and contrast, something that i cannot do with my present situation. I need to jumpstart something, though. it sucks though, because everything is going decent. Not as well as they could be (see above) but all in all not terrible. Maybe i thrive on chaos.
Well, I'm off to read Hagakure and try to get some sleep. Stay colorful in the meantime people...
