i don't mind the cold at all as long as it's not windy. wind chill sucks. sometimes i just take a quick look at the weather report and see 35 degrees, so i think, "that's not too bad". but the second i step outside and get blasted in the face by a huge gust, it's really more like 5 degrees. that's how it should be measured anyways.

i saw the bad plus last night, talk about an awesome show! eeek unfortunately i didn't have the money to buy more than one ticket, and alas they always sell the place out. frown i'd recommend that anyone who likes live music go and see them, if they come near your town. it's certainly worth the price of admission, esp. if you're into jazz or any kind...
