Well ladies and gents the paper work for a new place has been signed. We found something greater than we ever expected to find on our budget.
MadDonkeyAraneda and I are in sheer delight. I dont want to jinx anything so I will wait to post pics till after we have the final word.
Needless to say I now have stubs for fingernails, major nerves and chewed them all off. Apparently, everyone in the Northern Virginia area hates Cats. We looked at places that said pets considered on a case by case basis and only one allowed cats. WTF!!! Thankfully MadDonkeyAraneda being the shrewd business man that he is decided everyone has a price and got the owners of this really great home to let us rent by charging us a little extra. Despite their obvious cat hate.
Keep you fingers crossed that our paper work gets through before any other family can steal this great place out from under us.
Oh and someone please buy me a real winter wardrobe it is fucking cold up there, they may have like real winters with snow and stuff.

Hopefully the hard part is over, right?! I wish you all smooth sailing from here on out! Good luck with the weather...Raleigh is about the coldest I can stand!!!
