Ok as I wipe the phlegm off my monitor I celebrate my first crud of the season. I spent yesterday sleeping most of the day so I dont have shit to talk about. Enjoy a recipe. I dont think I posted this one yet.

Macaroni and Cheese
Win Friends and Influence people when they realize you can make Homemade Mac and Cheese. Yes it can be done without a box!!!!!

2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 Cups Elbow Macaroni noodles (dry measurement), cooked and drained.
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon paprika.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a sauce pan melt butter. Remove from heat and whisk in flour. Add milk, stirring in flour and butter mix throughout. Bring to a low boil and add shredded cheese stirring into milk. Stir in pepper. In a casserole dish, mix Macaroni and cheese sauce. Sprinkle paprika over the top and bake for 45 minutes.


* get creative and add some of your other favorite sharp cheeses or just more cheese. Now this is the cheesiest!
