So yea, earlier today, my landlord unexpectedly shows up, showing off the rooms. One of the guys in my house - Jeremy, was in his room (mind you he doesn't have a door... just a curtain covering the entrance) and apparently Jim, the landlord, opens up the curtain without sayin anything, problem being... Jer didn't have any pants on.... he had just woken up.

Then to my room... Jim opens up my door, no knock or anything. I'm in my fuckin PJs, and asks me if he can show off the house... Ok, my room is like on the second floor, furthest from any other room from the stairs. And he asks ME if he can show the house...

So later on, after Jim's gone, Jer comes in and asks if Jim said anything about coming by later to show the house to more people, I said no. This being established... Jim is REQUIRED by contract (the lease....) to contact us if he's goin to show up. He didn't contact anyone about today's "visit". We all hate Jim, and w/ good reason...

As a side note - Jim is a full-fledged Yupper... and he walks in wearing a leather jacket, and has a jerry-curl.... I couldn't help but laugh @ how goofy he looked
