today ive eaten loads.....i must go on a diet....goin on holiday in 4 weeks...must have bikini body!!! 
anyway...enough of that girly shite!
im at work and feelin abit sluggish,went out till late last night and danced abit too much,and definatly drank too much! so don't really have the energy to do much...
i feel half an hour on the electric drum kit will do me some good...get my body goin again....been sat down for way too long!
